Questions
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. Every new account starts on the free plan: 1 site and up to 10 pages, each scanned once a month, free for good, with no credit card. You can also run a free audit of any single page without an account.
Can sites be rescanned automatically?
Yes. The free plan rescans its site monthly, and on every paid plan you choose daily, weekly or monthly rescans for each site and get an alert when new failures appear or the score drops. The free plan's rescan costs nothing. On a paid plan a rescan uses 1 credit for every 10 pages, so weekly monitoring of a 20-page site uses about 9 credits a month. If credits run out, monitoring pauses until you add more. You are never billed extra.
What happens to unused credits?
Plan credits reset each month. Credits from one-time credit packs never expire.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, at any time from Settings. Upgrades apply straight away. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the billing period.
How does billing work?
Plans are billed monthly in euros through Lemon Squeezy, which handles VAT and invoices.
Does a clean report mean a site is compliant?
No automated tool can promise that. The report covers the WCAG 2.2 AA checks a machine can run and marks the criteria that need a person to review, so you can tell your team or your clients exactly what was checked.
